Small Group Programs

What is Urban Spanish Lab™?

Urban Spanish Lab™ is a Spanish immersion methodology that combines classroom learning, real urban observation, guided neighborhood interaction, and structured real-life practice throughout Panama City.

From the large open classroom windows overlooking lively Vía Argentina, to the school’s social terrace, cafés, pharmacies, bookstores, markets, parks, restaurants, cultural activities, and guided street interaction, students experience Spanish in the same environment where they will actually use it.

The city itself becomes an extension of the classroom.

Lessons may begin inside the classroom or terrace, continue through guided interaction and observation in the neighborhood, and then return to the classroom or social area for reinforcement, discussion, pronunciation practice, vocabulary expansion, and confidence building.

Is this a good preparation for Basic 1 Spanish?
