As Spanish Panama Spanish school first opened its doors in 2002 there are approximately one thousand (1000!) excellent hand written reviews before Spanish Panama was even listed on Tripadvisor or the major student review sites. These are in the Spanish Panama guestbooks and still available for public viewing.

The language school has grown through the years in professionalism and 5 Star service to a team of 20 Spanish and English teaching languages at its Center on Via Argentina as well as sending Spanish and English teachers to business and corporate offices in Panama City.

I studied Spanish at the SpanishPanama school.
Before my arrival, I had virtually no Spanish training. For that reason, I chose the intensive one-on-one option. My assigned instructors were two highly motivated taskmasters who made my learning experience both enjoyable and demanding. The lessons were well planned and coordinated between the two instructors. The quality of the training reflected well on my instructors but also the SpanishPanama administrative and leadership personnel. I found the school well ran and organized and the facilities were excellent.The SpanishPanama school personnel labored not only to teach me Spanish. Through the efforts of school’s staff, I became familiar with local businesses and some business owners. I learned a great deal about the Panamanian culture, economy, and traditions. Carmen and Joseph run a fabulous school. They have access to many excellent teachers, which is helpful for hearing different accents and using different styles of teaching. They are extremely flexible and can respond to new students and changed schedules immediately. The prices are quite reasonable. The school is also conveniently located on Via Argentina in El Cangrejo district. My husband and I made inquiries one afternoon and met with them the very next day to talk about a schedule. We wanted to start immediately because we only had ten days and one of those days would be a holiday. We also wanted 50 hours of private classes. This was no problem for Carmen and Joseph. We arranged for four hour classes, including Saturdays, and began the next day. The combination of conversation, reading and written exercises was very helpful to us and we felt much improved and had a greater understanding and ease with the areas we working on. After taking a couple of Spanish university courses, thought I would try an out of country Spanish learning experience, we had been to Panama before and liked it, so I thought we would try the Spanish Panama School. I did the my first week in a group 4hrs/day, and the second week 3hrs/day of private, both were very good experiences, personally prefer the private lessons as obviously compared to a group I did way more speaking and interacting with the teacher. Over the two weeks I had 3 different instructors, all were excellent! My wife was a complete beginner, and she did 2hrs/day of private lessons and she really enjoyed it. We would both definitely recommend this school. In the area around the school, there is a good selection of restaurants and hotels. We found Panama very reasonable price wise re hotels and food.
