Spanish for Health Care Professionals

Our Spanish for Health Care Professionals Program is designed for medical doctors, nurses, and all other health care professionals with an interest in Spanish training for their specialized field.

This program includes everything that is offered in the ECOACTIVE program but also focused on Spanish in the practice of health care with the diverse Latin communities that exist particularly in the United States and Canada.On Fridays, health care students are given a choice between joining the regular group program on Friday's Spanish cultural and Spanish language class in the Spanish Colonial city, or receiving intense "one to one classes" (8:30 to 11:30) in a Spanish class based on his/her particular field.

Also, this training includes the option of the guidance & support of our own medical doctor with visits given upon request to local hospitals and medical clinics of the students' choice.

Spanish Classes Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm with Friday personalized medical class option

Latin cultural activities everyday so that the health care professional can better understand Latin culture and customs.

Optional Spanish speaking practice with medical visits to local hospital and clinic

Includes ecotourism every weekend with overnight stay and meals

Salsa dance classes and Panamanian traditional dancing demonstrations<
