- Demonstration of Pollera dress and Panamanian “Tipico” dancing
- Salsa dance classes
- Learning Spanish through Panamanian poetry and literature
- Learning Spanish through song, music and karaoke.
- Orientation session; a welcome to Panama
- A trip out to restaurants and bars in Panama City
- A trip to the Panama Canal, Colonial City, and artisan market
- Volunteer Activities with locals such as Habitat for Humanity and Fanlyc and Global Brigades
